Terms of Service

What this site is

This site describes our company and the commercial interior work we do, and lets you contact us or apply for a job. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to perform work, a bid, a quote, a warranty, or a contract. Any work we do for you is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you, and if anything here conflicts with that agreement, that agreement controls.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and current, including license numbers, certifications, safety figures, and project descriptions. We do not promise that everything is complete or free of error, and we may change any of it without notice. Verify anything you intend to rely on by contacting us directly.

Project photographs illustrate the type of work we do. Unless a caption says otherwise, they do not imply that we were the sole contractor on a project or that a project owner endorses us.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass or defraud anyone;
• submit an employment application, a message, or a document that is false, or that belongs to someone else without their permission;
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site, any account, or any data you are not authorized to reach;
• interfere with the site’s operation, including by scraping it at a volume that degrades it, or by circumventing any access control or rate limit;
• upload anything containing malware.

We may suspend or block access to the site at any time.

Employment applications

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, an offer of employment, or any promise of consideration. We may decline any application for any lawful reason, and we may stop or change our hiring process at any time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Providing false information is grounds for us to reject an application or, if it comes to light later, to end employment.

What we do with the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy. Background checks, where they apply, are run only with your separate written authorization.

Our content

The text, photographs, logos, and design on this site belong to Harlen's Drywall Co., Inc. or to the parties who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Some photographs are used under Creative Commons licenses and carry an attribution notice. Those remain subject to their own license terms.

Other sites

Where we link to another site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limits

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Harlen's Drywall Co., Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site, or for any loss of data or profits, even if we have been advised such damages are possible.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
